Why drivers choose us
Reputation, built on honesty, quality and fair prices, is the only advertising we have needed since 1996.
Written, itemized estimates in plain language. Many customers arrive with a bigger number from another shop and leave with a clear second opinion.
We get you back on the road as quickly and safely as we can, and we call before anything is added to the bill.
Call, stop by, or send photos through the form. You talk to the people who do the work.
We accept all insurance companies and help you through the whole claim. You choose the shop.

Bring it by. We will look at the damage, write our own estimate and tell you plainly where the two differ. One Santa Clara driver was quoted $3,000 for a door that rubbed the fender and clicked. He wrote that we fixed it in about a minute and charged nothing. Not every second opinion ends that way, but a free estimate costs you ten minutes.
California Insurance Code section 758.5 lets you pick the repair shop for covered damage. Your insurer cannot require a specific one. How insurance claims work here.
Customer reviews
I always hoped I would find a body shop like this. Family owned and operated, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, EXCELLENT service and a great price! After going to a few other big corporate body shops and getting some outrageous quotes for some work I needed done, I decided to look for some smaller shops in my neighborhood. I saw all the five star reviews and thought I would try out International Auto. By far the best decision I could have made!
My car was hit while parked. Didn't mind the dent too much other than the fact that the driver's door was rubbing against the front fender making a click sound every time I opened it. The car dealer sent me over to a body shop place that estimated the fix at $3000! Checked with my insurance - $1000 deductible. I was desperate and looked for another place to get an estimate from before using up my insurance. Luckily found this place - they kindly fixed it within a minute and charged me nothing for it.
I used this place to fix a Mercedes sports sedan that had a limited edition paint. I needed a front bumper replacement and repair on the front grill. These guys gave me the absolute best quote, undercutting other shops by more than 50%. When you get bodywork done and paint done, the shops will usually buy brand new parts and tell you that you need to repaint all the other panels touching the replacement part.
How it works
Send photos or stop by Monday to Friday. The estimate is free and in writing.
Choose insurance or pay directly. We confirm parts, paint and timeline before work starts.
We walk you through the finished repair and give you your paperwork.
Areas we serve
We sit on Lincoln St in the Old Quad, a short drive from the Santa Clara University campus and the Franklin and Lafayette corridors.
Both arteries carry steady stop-and-go traffic, the kind of traffic that causes rear-end and lane-change damage.
Mall lots and dealer row produce door dings, shopping-cart scrapes and the odd dealer quote that deserves a second opinion.
Event-day parking is tight. Parked-car damage after game days and concerts is common around the stadium.
All within a short drive of Lincoln St. Campbell, Mountain View and Milpitas drivers are also welcome.
